24 Sep We raced Frigate Class – Scarlet Apex 2054
LensNation Racing participated in Scarlet Apex 2954 in Frigate class with Anvil Valkyrie as our ship. The pilot for the race was AndrewMi66 with me, MsTrust and JungPlunga as gunners. The server was troublesome and as expected, being the weakest ship, we blew up pretty soon on lap 1.
After blowing up on lap 1, we respawned at grim-Hex. Elevator worked for me and I was able to even board the ship in Andrew’s hangar, but MsTrust, JungPlunga and Andrew couldn’t get any elevator to move. I got out to go to them and maybe fetch them- got trapped inside the elevator. Decided to backspace and woke up in complete darkness. Did that 4 times to the same result. So the race was over for me.
Eventually after about 25 minutes Andrew was able to get the lift to his hangar. Rest of the team was still not able to move elevators. Andrew flew the ship to the pad and they boarded the ship there.
In the end we were able to finish 5 laps. Not the way we wanted the race to go, but this was what we got.

I will like to title this image as “Minutes from Disaster” – We are at the starting line.
This is how the race ended for us. Andrew flew on our hopes and dreams for one last lap with not giving up attitude as we looked upon at his marker in the distance. very emotional moment this one- Tears were shed and speeches were made.
